The commission explicitly requested a wood (mahogany) wrap for the proposed skylight and asked the applicant to return or obtain staff approval for a final, acceptable color swatch. With those conditions the commission agreed the other changes (roof material, shutters, and sash retention) were acceptable.
The motion on the application approved the design subject to resolution of the trim color with staff and confirmation that the skylight receives the proposed mahogany wood wrap.
