- Item 6: Minor public-works contract to Cynthia's Awnings for purchase and installation of an awning at the Mercedes-Benz facility (awarding memo text: "Mercedes Benz FPA or tow"), total $3,970; funded from the River District Fund.
All six items were approved by voice vote after motions and seconds. City staff noted funding sources for the items during presentations (water and sewer fund for items related to water infrastructure; River District Fund for several downtown/riverfront items).
