Jackson County jail reports 26 inmates, bills Scott County for housing; officials note door, plumbing and warranty issues

"So currently, as of today, we are at 26 inmates. 11 of those are Jackson County and 15 are Scott County," Long said. He added that the county billed Scott County $13,805 for January housing and that year-to-date revenue from the arrangement was roughly $14,245.
