TEMPLE, Feb. 3, 2025 — The Temple Planning and Zoning Commission at its Feb. 3 work session reviewed the final plat for the French Hill Subdivision and agreed to forward the item to City Council while staff and the project engineers resolve a right-of-way discrepancy on 42nd Street and secure an exception for emergency-vehicle access.
Planning and Development Director Bridal Chandler said the French Hill plan returned to the commission after the applicant had to adjust plans while attempting to acquire an easement from Encore.
