Supervisor Gallagher invited representatives of Napa Valley Black History Month Committee and behavioral health staff to speak; JT (representing behavioral health and the Black History Month Committee) thanked the board, described the recent eighth annual local event and listed other community events and Juneteenth plans. The board encouraged residents to attend local Black History Month programs and community activities.
Action taken: Motion to approve the proclamation was made by Supervisor Ramos, seconded by Supervisor Alessio, and passed unanimously.
