Riverside finance director Kim Baker departing; council praises her work

No personnel action was taken at the meeting. The manager said the city will proceed with transition steps and noted that the next regular meeting is Feb. 18 (a Tuesday, because of Presidents’ Day) where several presentations and swearing-ins are planned.
