The committee first moved to approve the prior meeting's minutes; the motion was seconded and approved by voice. A separate motion to allow remote attendance for a member was also moved and seconded and approved. The committee completed its business and voted to adjourn.
The motions to approve the minutes and to allow remote attendance were moved by Ray Gadza and seconded by Kathy Bright, as recorded in the meeting. During roll call Gary Small was noted as on vacation and absent; other members recorded present were Ray Gadza, Kathy Bright, Joe Sopinski (remote), Joe Bernal, Tom Walsh and Don Jensen. The motion to adjourn was moved by Ray Gadza and seconded by Miss Burnell and carried by voice vote.
