Court admits multiple wills, appoints executors and administrators in Fort Bend probate calendar

Fort Bend County Court at Law No. 1 admitted several wills to probate and granted letters or letters of administration in multiple cases heard during the court's calendar. The judge signed orders admitting wills as muniments of title or probating them and appointed executors or administrators to serve without bond in each case.

The court admitted the last will and testament of Ming Chi Rebecca Man (executed May 6, 1997) and appointed Edward Yaho Wong (also known as Yaho Edward Wong) as independent executor to serve without bond; appraisers were waived. The court made the finding after Edward Wong testified to his mother's death, domicile in Fort Bend County, and that the will had not been revoked. As the judge said on the record, "The court will admit the will to probate and appoint Mister Edward Yaho Wong ... as independent executor to serve without bond and appraisers will be waived as well.
