Council approved fund transfers and advances (2025-7 and 2025-8) and a routine payment authorization (2025-9).
The council also approved a JobsOhio road-work grant acceptance tied to the Taylor Parkway resurfacing project (2025-10) and authorized an existing contractor, BGM Environmental Inc., to continue environmental professional services for the abandoned gas station program under a contract "not to exceed $250,000" (2025-23).
