The North Ridgeville City Council opened a public hearing Monday, Feb. 3, 2025, at 6:50 p.m. to accept public comment on a proposed agricultural district request for property listed to William Shroff at 5,592 Chestnut Ridge (parcel number 0700023101025), the clerk read into the record.
The hearing provided an opportunity for residents to speak for or against designating the parcel as an agricultural district.
