New trustees sworn in; board reappoints officers and sets 2025 meeting calendar

Trustees noted there is currently no July meeting scheduled but left the possibility open if an operational need arises. The board reiterated a 75 percent attendance expectation for board and committee meetings; attendance below that threshold may affect trustees’ stipend eligibility and the board records the meeting stipend amount as $45 per meeting.
