The Morrison County Board of Commissioners approved its 2025 annual resolutions, appointments and policies during the organizational meeting, adopting updates to public meeting notices, citizen and county board appointments and adjusting meal reimbursement rates.
Administrator LeBlanc summarized the packet of annual resolutions and policies, saying the travel policy and code of conduct remained unchanged from 2024, while the public meeting notice and citizen-staff committee appointment lists were updated. LeBlanc also told the board the county board appointments were updated and county mileage rates remained unchanged.
On meal reimbursements, LeBlanc said the IRS-based averages changed: breakfast increased by $4, lunch increased by $2 and dinner decreased by $2, noting the county referenced General Services Administration averages for comparables. The board voted by roll call; Commissioners Blaine, Casper, Winter, Moran and Lemire each recorded aye and the motion carried.
Board members did not request changes during the discussion. The resolutions and appointment lists were placed before the board at the dais for review prior to the vote.
