Staff also described many smaller referendum projects already in construction or about to begin, including classroom additions at San Hill and Oak Brook, repairs at Banksville (asbestos‑containing window systems and full flooring replacement), and gymnasium work and classroom additions at Summerville Elementary that are intended to raise capacity and provide new meeting space. The presenter noted the district intends to stage ground‑breaking events and signage to highlight referendum funding for community visibility.
