The three items cover: (1) a public school on 64.7 acres at the northeast corner of Independence Parkway and Park Boulevard (Block A, Lot 1R); (2) a public school on 11.9 acres at the southeast corner of Independence Parkway and Park Haven Drive (Block A, Lot 2R); and (3) a site at the corner of Park Haven Drive and Wildcat Way (details as presented).
Public comment: staff said there were no registered speakers on any of the three items, and the commission closed each public hearing before taking the votes.
Votes and motions: Commissioner Lingenfelter moved approval of item 1 as recommended by staff; Commissioner Bender seconded and the motion passed 5–0. Commissioner Lolli moved approval of item 2 as recommended by staff; Commissioner Bender seconded; motion passed 5–0. For item 3, Commissioner Lingenfelter moved approval as recommended by staff; Commissioner Bender seconded and the vote passed 5–0.
