Notes and next steps: The committee chair moved the field trips from discussion to action and the committee approved them as a group later in the meeting. Staff will finalize logistics and notify families. The transportation contract and the larger budget items discussed at the meeting (transportation bid, out-of-district tuition and MCAS/CD policy) will return to future agendas for committee action.
