4) Public-work agreements: The board approved two public-work agreements and authorized the chair to sign: Felton Fire Service (fire alarm/water system upgrade), amount $26,610.24; and Snaskett Interiors (prosecutor''s office carpet replacement), amount $45,013.10.
5) Certificate of substantial completion (Courthouse rehabilitation): The board approved a certificate of substantial completion for the Okanogan County Courthouse Rehabilitation Project (contract with Jessup Home Design). The minutes record approval; staff noted punch-list items remain and Pella windows will be re-checked on Feb. 24.
6) Personnel resolution: The board approved a resolution changing the certified court interpreter position (Alvin Martinez) to part-time status.
7) Voucher list and payroll: The board approved vouchers dated Jan. 15, 2025, totaling $2,008,086.24.
