The Rogers County Board of Commissioners reviewed three bids for Phase 1 of a firearm safety training facility proposed by the sheriff’s office and voted to table award for one week.
County staff said 45 bid packets were sent, nine firms attended a mandatory pre-bid meeting and three bids were received: Magnum Construction ($139,700), Cunningham Construction ($223,796) and Voy Construction ($233,148.16). The scope included permitting, excavation, concrete work, sidewalks, utility runs and related site work.
Commissioner DeLeasure moved to table the item for one week to allow further review; the motion was seconded and carried on a roll-call vote. No contract was awarded at the meeting.
