After staff summarized attendance at the pre-bid meeting and bidders received, Commissioner DeLeasure moved to table the item for one week to allow follow-up questions; the motion carried on a roll-call vote.
No contract was awarded at the meeting; the board directed staff to return next week with answers to outstanding questions from commissioners.
