Commissioner DeLeasure moved approval; the motion passed on a roll-call vote. The board also noted that County Attorney Wagner had reviewed the contract documents and that Lyle Building Group would provide a fee proposal for the maintenance building project.
The board’s action allows Lyle Building Group to proceed with preconstruction services and positions the firm to provide a construction management proposal for the maintenance facility expansion and for ongoing courthouse renovation work.
