Community board elects Michelle Kalam, approves staggered-term bylaws and creates events subcommittee

At a community association meeting in Clark County, members elected Michelle Kalam to the combined secretary/treasurer role, approved a bylaws amendment to stagger officer elections and voted to create an events subcommittee.

The change to the association bylaws will keep the president and vice president on a two‑year cycle in even-numbered years while placing secretary, treasurer and other ancillary positions on a separate two‑year cycle in odd-numbered years.
