The proposal includes a one‑time software setup fee of $600, $265 in annual maintenance for the accounting software, and $50 per month per bank account (six accounts, $300 per month) for the bank service. "It's gonna reconcile what we've got bank statement wise and key to our accounting software wise," Reniersen said.
Staff told the board no new computers or equipment were required for the upgrade and that the bank had provided the necessary capabilities. The board approved the implementation by voice vote.
