County engineers report steady bridge conditions, identify 9 scour‑critical spans

The presentation said Boone County has about 195 county‑owned bridges and that, since 2021, the program has delivered two rehabilitations and 14 full replacements, averaging roughly 3½ bridge replacements a year as new routes and assets have been added.
