Drainage and ancillary improvements: Councilmembers asked whether drainage and a roundabout could be included. Staff noted drainage and roundabout construction were not eligible under the awarded EDA grant but said that Terrebonne Parish’s stormwater-management design standards should improve post-development drainage. Staff also said the parish is pursuing other funding sources for drainage or roundabout work.
