Jean Sanchez, project manager, told the committee the site is within the Kelly Park interchange form‑based code in the transition and neighborhood overlay districts and that staff had several technical and housekeeping comments from multiple departments. "If you recall, this is within our Kelly Park interchange form based code under transition and neighborhood overlay districts," Sanchez said.
