Trust approves minutes, consent docket and concurrence for drainage project

The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust opened its Jan. 28 meeting at 2 p.m. and approved several routine items by motion and voice vote.
The Trust approved the minutes of the Jan. 14 meeting and subsequently approved the consent docket, which staff said primarily contained renewals of pricing agreements and two easements. Trustees did not pull items for separate consideration.
The Trust also approved one item on the concurrence docket: concurrence with the City of Oklahoma City on a drainage project west of Western in the vicinity of Northwest 63rd Street. Staff noted that no AWWID (water utility) funds are involved in that drainage project.
All three motions were moved and passed by voice vote; the meeting record did not include roll-call tallies for these votes.
