City staff presented the lot‑split application for Midway Place Industrial Park, describing the property as two office buildings currently on a single I‑2‑zoned parcel. "The applicant is proposing to split the 1 parcel into 2 in order to transfer ownership of 1 of the created parcels, so each building will be on its own parcel," a city staff member said. The staff member added that a cross‑access easement and maintenance agreement will be filed with Cleveland County and recommended approval.
