BJ Stenger seeks reappointment to Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired

Sen. Wintrow asked Stenger to describe the commission’s duties and to offer guidance for the public when interacting with people who have visual impairments. Stenger advised simple actions, such as greeting someone who uses a mobility cane or service dog and avoiding imprecise directions like “over there.”
Committee members thanked Stenger for his service and confirmed they will take a vote on his reappointment at the committee’s next meeting.
