The actions move forward grant changes, vendor permits and procurement steps the county said are needed to continue services and make projects eligible for funding and bidding. Commissioners also accepted substantial completion for the Elm Road water-improvement project, approved the hire of a new 9-1-1 telecommunicator and made multiple appointments to the Senior Services Advisory Council.
