The St. Mary’s County Alcohol Beverage Board on Sept. 14 approved routine administrative items by voice vote.

Minutes: The board approved the Aug. 10, 2017 meeting minutes by voice vote with no opposition recorded.

Officer/member and trade‑name changes: The board approved the following changes as presented on the agenda:
- Applebee’s Grill and Bar: remove Mark Kaiser as an officer/member and add Grady (Grady/Grady Beck spelled in record) Beck; applicant completed RAS training.
- Bay Country Liquors: change trade name to Marketplace Wine and Spirits (conditional status for an associated location transfer was noted elsewhere in the record).
- Patuxent Moose Lodge No. 2393: officer/member changes removing William Griffith Jr. and Drew A. Dobbins and adding Russell Bennett and Melvin C. Swartz Jr.
