SBCC legislative committee approves agenda and minutes, reviews multiple bills and sets priorities

SBCC staff also flagged HB 1654 (local administration of the International Fire Code) as pending analysis and identified SB 5429 as a high-priority bill because it would change SBCC membership by adding six seats.
