Labor department preparing enforcement for Ballot Measure 1 and exploring state role in apprenticeship approval

DiBartolo said 33 states have arrangements to be the responsible state agency and that Alaska is exploring the change to improve apprenticeship offerings and to pursue additional federal grants for high-demand trades.
