Renovations at Jefferson High School are scheduled to begin in spring 2025, work at Washington High School is expected to start in June 2025, and district presenters said both projects aim for completion by the end of December 2026.
Officials said the Jefferson and Washington projects and Freshman Academy work are funded by the SAVE and PEPL programs. District leaders told civic groups, including a presentation to the Daybreak Rotary, that the bond initiative will allocate resources to align building capacity with enrollment and to improve learning spaces created with educator and student input.
Dr. Grover, Superintendent, presented the bond priorities with Adam Zimmerman, Director of Business Services, and Chad Schumacher, Director of Operations, at community meetings and civic presentations this week.
