Committee members approved a motion to recommend the acquisitions by a 4-0 roll call vote with one member absent. The recommendation will be forwarded to the Sandusky City Commission for final action at its first February meeting.
The parcels are 310 High Street (parcel number 580-1962.00) and 1228 Seavers Way (parcel number 58-02446.000). Committee discussion and staff remarks described 310 High Street as a vacant residential lot about 33 by 119 feet, zoned for two-family residential use. Erie County…
