Board approves routine consent items, committee recommendations and personnel actions; a few abstentions recorded

Personnel items (1, 2 and five addenda) were approved by roll call. The board recorded a retirement (Mary Anne Mansfield) that the board recognized during the personnel vote.
Curriculum and instruction items 1—or— were approved, including approval of community education youth and adult programs, professional-development contracts paid from grant funds, a list of 2025 summer courses (with per-student fees listed in the meeting materials), the acceptance of a donated Yamaha trombone for the music department, and approval of nonpublic technology aid allocations to the French American School of Princeton.
The board approved minutes for previous meetings with several abstentions specifically noted for the Dec. 10 minutes (some members abstained; the transcript records abstentions without full attribution for one or more minutes motions).
