Staff replied that resource projections are challenging without further scoping but agreed to include resource indicators (for example, whether an item will require additional staff or budget) in future updates.
Committee members also suggested adding an explicit long‑term goal to identify and reduce disparities in the licensing process; staff agreed to incorporate that suggestion into the action plan. No formal action was taken.
