Board approves pathways applicants with documentation caveat

The EPIC ONE ON ONE CHARTER SCHOOL Board voted Jan. 23 to approve the list of pathways applicants recommended by the subcommittee, while directing staff to verify documentation for individuals who were highlighted in the review packet.
A board member moved to approve the individuals on the pathways spreadsheet “with the caveat that we will make sure those who are highlighted have the documentation in place,” and the motion was seconded. The board recorded the vote: Miss Casper — yes; Miss Myers — yes; Mr. Vella — yes; Miss Berry — absent; Mr. Hammonds — absent. The motion carried.
Board members noted the nominating committee had interviewed candidates and expected to present a board-nominee name by the February meeting. No additional formal action was taken.
