The study process and purpose
County staff said the project — funded in part through TIP monies — aimed to improve safety for all users, boost multimodal connectivity and prepare the corridor for future Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) and other transit upgrades. Public engagement included a virtual town hall, an in-person open house, a technical advisory committee, and a stakeholder focus group.
