Woburn Conservation Commission approves minutes and minor plan changes, schedules no site walks

At its Jan. 9 meeting the commission approved the Dec. 19, 2024 minutes as amended, accepted a minor plan change for 183 Street (lot 2), and agreed that no site walks are currently required. One applicant (South Bedford Road tree work) will postpone work until the spring and will flag trees before proceeding.
The Woburn Conservation Commission handled several administrative items at its Jan. 9 meeting, approving minutes, accepting a minor plan change, and updating the schedule for site walks.
Commissioners approved the draft minutes of the Dec. 19, 2024 meeting with one wording correction (an incorrect word replaced with the intended term), and approved a motion accepting a minor modification for a driveway change at Plant at 183 Street, Lot 2 (DEP 348‑0879) as minor. A motion to accept the minutes as drafted and amended, and a separate motion to approve the minor change, carried by voice vote.
The commission also noted a homeowner on South Bedford Road will delay planned tree work and will notify the commission with flagged trees before any cutting proceeds; the item will be taken off the agenda until the applicant is ready. Staff reported there were no additional site walks to schedule at this time.
