Later, on action item No. 7, a motion to approve the Jan. 9, 2025 business session minutes was moved and seconded. The clerk called the roll; the board recorded six votes in favor, none against, and one abstention by Commissioner Brewer. Chairman Mike Kelly confirmed the clerk's tally.
The board took no other formal votes on state legislation or airport contracts during the session.
