Subcommittee advances bill to double experience requirement for Real Estate Board members

They are responsible for regular meetings throughout the year, reviewing every educational instructor in every course, in its full curriculum," he said.
Aaron Korman of the Realtors testified in support, thanking the patron and asking members to "support it." No one spoke in opposition during the public hearing. The clerk recorded the report vote at 7 to 0.
The bill now moves forward in the legislative process as reported out of the Timber Laws Housing Subcommittee.
