The applicant confirmed the pergola is already built and that no prior contact had been made with the councilor.
A neighbor’s letter of opposition from Mark Rapopolo (20 Oxford Park) was placed on the record; the board granted a motion to continue the matter to the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on February 26 to allow the applicant, the ward councilor and the opposing abutter to meet and attempt resolution.
The board voted unanimously to continue the hearing. No final variance or permit was granted; the applicant was instructed to meet with the ward councilor and the abutter before the continued hearing.
