Councilwoman Sandberg moved in support of Resolution 2839 and a subsequent motion to adopt the resolution; the measure passed by voice vote.
Ordinance 7177 (case p 29z24) was described by Councilman Grecu as a housekeeping rezoning: a petition by BorgWarner Noblesville LLC to change zoning from HI to C1 for a 1.474-acre parcel that has been used as a daycare since the Delco Electronics era. Grecu moved to suspend the rules and pass Ordinance 7177 on first and second reading; the motion to suspend the rules and the ordinance both passed by voice vote.
Both the resolution and the daycare rezoning passed with voice votes; the meeting record does not include a roll-call tally. The council concluded its agenda and scheduled the next meeting for Feb. 10 with an informational session at 5:30 p.m.
