The Revere City Planning Board voted Jan. 28 to retain the same slate of officers for the 2025 calendar year.
At the meeting, Mr. Rivera moved to keep the existing officers; Mr. Costanza seconded the motion. “We have a motion by mister Rivera. We have a second. 2nd by mister Costanza that we maintain the same slate of offices for the 2,025 calendar year. Miss Mick Simmons Herling will be the chair, John Stamatopoulos will be the vice chair, and mister Rivera will be secretary. And that's that,” a board member said during the meeting.
The motion carried and the board continued into regular business. Later in the meeting members discussed upcoming public hearings the board will hold at the end of February on an accessory dwelling unit ordinance and on mechanical parking systems; those hearings were described as being re-advertised or scheduled, not as formal votes at this session.
The meeting concluded with a routine motion to adjourn that was seconded and ordered by the board.
The board did not record a roll-call vote tally in the transcript for the officer slate; meeting minutes, when published by the city clerk, should carry the formal vote record.
