Committee accepts Dec. 12 minutes; treasurer reports accounts and a misposted $250 donation

The treasurer reported three accounts: the “bridal” (reported phrasing in the meeting) property account at $400,125, the Hubbardston Preservation Trust at $1,800,322, and the open-space donation account at $13,904. The treasurer said East Quabbin Land Trust recently sent a $250 check intended for the open-space donation account but the check was posted to the wrong account; staff (Kelly and Trish were named as contacts) are working to locate and correct the error.
A motion to accept the minutes of Dec. 12 was made, seconded and approved by voice vote; the chair called for “Aye” and the motion carried. The treasurer noted that when the $250 is moved into the correct account the open-space donation balance will be closer to $14,154.
The treasurer also said a Mill Pond invoice will be submitted when that project is completed and held one placeholder invoice until the Mill Pond work is closed out.
