Commission approves final plat for seven residential parcels in Clearwater Meadows

The Onalaska Plan Commission approved Jan. 28 the Clearwater Meadows final plat, which subdivides a parcel at 950 Greens Cooley Road into seven single-family residential parcels.
City staff said the applicant (Scenic Valley Properties LLC and Terry Davis) previously received a PUD amendment and rezoning in August 2024 to accommodate this development. Staff told the commission the proposed parcels meet site and lot dimension standards for single-family dwellings and that the final plat will proceed through the Department of Administration for final recording once the applicant completes required steps. Staff included 21 conditions of approval tied to the final plat.
Eric Archer moved to approve the final plat; Mike Milkey seconded. The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.
