The approvals were introduced during the meeting's opening business. A commission member presented the minutes “for approval by the board,” a second was given, and the chair said, “Hearing none, we can enter the minutes as approved.” The work session notes were moved, seconded and likewise accepted for posting.
The two procedural approvals were handled early in the meeting and no further discussion or substantive amendments were recorded.
