Procurement and settlements: The council approved several law-department settlement resolutions and contract renewals referred to the Budget, Finance and Audit committee, including a renewal for state lobbying services and requests for legal representation and indemnification. Property sales and a group of planning-and-development referrals were approved with no objections. Several items in planning and economic development (property sales) and other departmental reports were referred to standing committees.

Other items: The council attached waivers where staff requested them for timeliness, and several items were walked on for referral to committee (including the proposed budget calendar documents).
