The board voted to adopt Ordinance 939, “in the matter of adopting the Yamhill County rural tax exemption code,” during its second reading; the ordinance was approved and the board set an effective date of April 9. The vote was announced by voice during the meeting and recorded as passed.
The board also approved a supplemental fiscal-year budget for Fund 440 tied to the county’s acquisition of the OMI campus and recognized associated loan funds.
