The Planning and Development Board granted preliminary and final approval for Taber Street Auto at 229 Sherry Street on Jan. 28 after the applicant reported receipt of a wetland permit.
Applicant representatives told the board they had not submitted any new materials since early December but had received the wetland permit that day and forwarded it to staff. With a quorum present, board member Daniel Correa moved approval and Andy Roman seconded. The board conducted a roll‑call vote; all members present voted in favor and the board recorded preliminary and final approval for the project.
There was no extended discussion at the January meeting; the board thanked the applicant for waiting and confirmed the administrative record would be updated with the wetland permit before issuance of permits.
