Resolution 2025‑8 applies to 5725 Forsen Drive and Resolution 2025‑9 applies to 4998 Mount Alverno Road; Roach said there had been some improvement at the Mount Alverno property but it remained in violation.
Both resolutions were introduced, the trustees moved to dispense with the second reading and adopted them by roll call; the roll showed unanimous approval by Trustees Davis, Stearts and Seavey.
Roach said adoption authorizes the township to proceed with cleanup action under the nuisance resolution process; specific contractor or scheduling details were not given on the record.
